Feature to add bigger Loading gif anywhere on the screen

There must be an option to show bigger loading gif when any visual is loading its data with an option to place it anywhere on the report. Below are problem Areas:

• At present, the loading gif is too tiny for someone to notice
• There are chances that user would start looking for results way before data loads.
  
  Expecting below Features:
• Loading gif could be resized according to requirement.
• Ability to tie the loading gif visual to any visual which looks at the data and displays loading gif when data is loading
• Adding Optional Custom text 'Refershing Data' or 'Loading' would work best together.
