Enable a "Show action bar" toggle for Power BI Apps

When including a PBI report in SharePoint using the native web part, there is an option to toggle on or off the action bar.  It would be advantageous to have the same functionality in the configuration of a PBI app within the service, where a developer could opt to enable the left-side navigation but turn off the action bar across the top.
