table and matrix

Hi.

I have the following query and would like to know if I can receive support.
I need to create a visualization table or matrix in which shows me three columns(Name, date1 and date2), the data to be displayed in those columns are the people (names) that in the first month (date1) and in the second month (date2) have a number greater than 40. I have tried to use conditionals but it has not been possible. thank you very much.
