store.microsoft.com - Powr BI Visuals Won't Download

Hello,

 

I used to be able to download visuals and save them to a folder on our server.   This new microsoft store for visuals won't let me download anything.   It doesn't respond when I click download.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hello,

     

    My IT helped me resolve this issue.   I was using the wrong Microsoft account to login in.  And yes, he also suggested I clear my cache.

    App Source works well on my PC.

    What browser do you use? Have you tried to clear browser's cache?
