percentage symbol doesn't show up

Hello mates,

 

Something very particular is happening to my report

 

PowerBI is not showing the % symbol.  I delete and re-add the query, transformed, converted, suffixed, formatted, measured you named and the symbol don't show up.  

 

Do any of you have a solution to this? I truly appreciated.
