page navigation or bookmark navigation in Table or matrix or any other way

Ye it's possible. You can use drillthrough concept for navigating between pages. Please follow the below steps.

1) Initial represntation  of charts will looks like below

2) If i click on Projetcs and implementation column then it can filters the what are the projects belongs to this in matrix chart.

3) Next open a new page and use the same matrix table there. Now got to expand Page Information->Click on page type dropdown and select drill through as shown in below snap.

then it will ask from which filed do you want to drillthrough as shown in below snap,

4) Now you can add projects column here.

5) Now go to your main page where column chart and matrix chart we have then right clik on any projetc name and select drill through field then select the page which do you want to navigate(in my case it is page 7) 

6) Now if you see, automatically it navigated to Page 7 and it showing only Project C related data
