line chart with cumulative values & 2 data tables as input

Dear all,

i want to create a line chart with several lines which contains cumulative values, see picture:

one line with the actual figures ( Table Actual) and 2 other lines : cumulated budget and total budget (Table Budget).

This numbers are assigned to different products and for this line chart there is a slicer to select the product.

For one value that works fine: here i found this solution in different threads., e.g.

Targetkum = CALCULATE(SUM('Budget (2)'[Budget]),FILTER(ALL('Budget (2)'[Periode]),'Budget (2)'[Periode]<=MAX('Budget (2)'[Periode])))

But when i want to include the other cumulated value from the other table i get a line with the sum of all values (all products, all periods). What i am doing wrong ? Any ideas to get the solution as wanted ?

This is how it should look at the end:
