line chart with cumulative values & 2 data tables as input

Dear all, 

i want to create a line chart with several lines which contains cumulative values, see picture: 

one line with the actual figures ( Table Actual) and 2 other lines : cumulated budget and total budget (Table Budget).

This numbers are assigned to different products and for this line chart there is a slicer to select the product.

 

For one value that works fine: here i found this solution in different threads., e.g.

Targetkum = CALCULATE(SUM('Budget (2)'[Budget]),FILTER(ALL('Budget (2)'[Periode]),'Budget (2)'[Periode]<=MAX('Budget (2)'[Periode])))
 
But when i want to include the other cumulated value from the other table i get a line with the sum of all values (all products, all periods). What i am doing wrong ? Any ideas to get the solution as wanted ?
