I cannot get images to show in the Card Browser visual. I have tried using Web URL and Image URL data types and storing the image in either google drive or onedrive.
Ideally I would love to show two images - one on the front and one on the back of the card. I would settle for one image though. 😉
Thanks, Lori Bragg

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that you have to use direct hyperlinks to images.
The direct link can be get by opening your URLs that you shared.
After that you should right click the image and copy image address.
Hyperlinks will look something like these:

Hi, I am trying the image url from https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/w185/q0R4crx2SehcEEQEkYObktdeFy.jpg, which is accessible from my browser. But when I add it to the card browser, I only see blank space instead of the image. I have tried the steps of converting the data type of the column having the image url to 'Image url'. Still it doesn't seem to work. it is https:// link and it is of the format .jpg. I am not sure what I am doing wrong or what i am missing? Any help is highly appreciated.
annie0308 try to open Browser Dev tools to see any errors in Network tab.

Hi Nikita,
Thanks for your reply.
I checked the Browser Dev tools-Network tab, but I don't see any errors there. I am able to see the image while accessing the url through the browser. Only when I add the image url to the Card browser, I am not able to see the image.
Kind Regards,
Annie

I tried a couple of things; google drive and one drive. Thanks.
Both links return 404 HTTP error. Do they work on your machine?

No, indeed they don't! Not from the browser. I guess I'm grabbing the wrong URL to reference? Where would I find the right ones?
You need to share you image in One Drive or Google Drive and grant "View permissions" for the images to view them w/o authentication.
Please let us know if that resolves the issue on your side.

These are the photo links now. They still aren't showing up. This is report creation page looks like. There is a grey area where the photo would be, but no picture.

I have the same issue, I cannot open the hyperlinks here, seems need access, would you please share with me ? thank you
This worked - at least for the google drive content. I couldn't get the one drive files to work but I think it's because it's my one drive account and it's assuming I want to go directly there. When I try to right-click nothing happens.
Thanks so much - at last I can move forward!!!
Suddenly it's not working - now I get a 403 error on the images when I manually try them - nothing in PBI, I downloaded January's update. Otherwise I haven't really touched them.
403 HTTP code indicates that this image requires authentication.
Can you share the link that you generated?

Don't know why but it's working again. Probably user error... sorry.
