how to display text message if we have no data for certain quarters

Is there a way to display text message if we have blank data for certain quarters like "There is no data available for the range selected" or "There is partial data available for the range selected" for certain quarters when we are comparing sales of two years with same quarter like Q1-2024 to Q1-2023 in bar chart?
