    That won't work.  You need to find another machine (preferably a VM?) that is always on.

On what type of machine did you install it?  Your own PC, or a VM or similar that is running 24/7 ?

      lbendlin , I'm trying to install the gateway remotely in a machine that's always on (as you suggested) but during the install I can't connect to the gateway. see below the error: 

       

      Have you any idea how I can resolve this error?

        I can't speak for your environment but in ours we use proxies.  If you do too then you need to configure your gateway settings files accordingly. I can provide the instructions if needed.
