Hello guys!
I would like to do the following calculation with division yet seem the answers aren't correct
Avg Call length =(Engage Time+Wrap Time) ÷ Accepted
yet, it seems the answers aren't correct with the dax below:
Call Length = divide( ('Agent Reort 09'[Engage Time]+'Agent Reort 09'[Wrap Time]),'Agent Reort 09'[Accepted])
I wonder which step I did wrong so the results are not correct.
