Waterfall Chart - Two values in Category

I have a table that contains information about demand, supply, and weekday. Additionally, I have a measure that displays the current stock. My goal is to create a waterfall chart that shows the demand and supply values for each weekday. I have added the weekday field to the Category field, and the current stock measure to the Starting Value field. However, I am unsure of how to display two different values for each category.
