Hi
I'm looking for some help creating am interactive Venn diagram or a chart with overlapping values. I'm not sure where to start as Ive so much data.
Thanks in advance.
@Anonymous Have you looked at the available Custom Visuals in App Source? There are at least 2 available. One from MAQ LLC and another one.
Thanks for your response, yeah I looked at the one from MAQ but the areas in the Venn diagram isn't interactive. What was the other one?
Thanks again.
@Anonymous Well, the other one is "Ultimate Venn Diagram" from Samual Gratzl. I downloaded the sample it it looks pretty interactive, you can click anywhere in the Venn diagram and it filters other visuals. You can also click the labels to highlight portions of the Venn diagram. Looks like there is a free and a paid version. The paid version seems like it adds colors. Both support Venn and Euler diagrams.
Hi Greg,
Thanks for the above. I didn't do the Venn diagram in the end, I found a simplier more straightforward solution! 🙂
Do you know how I would deal with values that don't exist in both tables (when tables are joined on this particular field which is the 'Email address')?
I'm not sure how this can be done. I've used conditional formating and highlighted them as red when I have selected 'Show Items with no data' but I'm not sure if I can add a measure in there to state something like 'User has left'. Maybe this isn't possible.
Regards,
Laura
