Trying to create a measure to count a specific value within a column having multiple values please

Hi 

I am creating a visualisation wherein I have uploaded a table from a sharepoint. I want to create a measure for counting a specific value within a coloumn, coloumn having multiple values.

What would be the DAX formula for the above scenario?
