To view integration between different applications on a Power BI dashboard

I want to develop a dashboard in Power BI that can tell if the integration/data flow between two or more applications has happened correctly. If not the dashboard must display the error.
Any help on this or any document or process that could help?

    What type of applications?

    How do you get 2 ... OR MORE ?

     

    Do you have some sample data set?
