To get individual reference line in a bar chart

I am trying to recreate the bar chart with the referece line in Power BI. Only constant line is avaibale in the power latest version. I need the reference line foe each month based on a value.

 

Help in this is needed. How do I get individual reference line in power BI?

I tried to expand the data lables and select "Line". There are no lines available.

      I am not able to upload the pbi file.

      Is it possible to get individual reference line in power BI?

    Upload it on OneDrive and use this option to link to the PowerBI File as shown in the below image.
