Text Filter object to filter as you type

Is it possible to configure the Text Filter object to filter as you type, without having to use the enter key?

You can use the standard filters in the filter pane for that.  For visuals that would be rather taxing on the data source as you would fire up a new query for each character.  Not recommended.
