Target, Actuals, and Budget

Hi Everyone, 

I need help. I've been working on this model for weeks. I have gotten closer to my desired result but I'm pretty stumped. Hoping I can receive a solution to this problem. I would like to keep the stacked column look.

1. This is the model that is from another data modeling software in which I would like to mimic in power BI.

2. Below is what I have thus far. As you can see I have the gray and purple portion down, however I am unsure with how to move the orange (Actual) to it's own column. Is it possible?

This is what I have currently. As you can see I have the purple and gray down correctly, but I am stumped in moving the orange portion (actuals) to it's own column.
