Suggestions Visuals in Power Bi

I'm beginner user for Power Bi. I am working on Employee and Team well being data. I have wellbeing data (rating from 1-5 how did you feel about last week vs week ahead and similarly for home week). I want to visualise the relative difference in the average rating over the weeks for each Term 1/Term 2 etc (our weeks are spread across different 'Term' each 'Term being about 10-11 weeks) to basically understand how eomplyees feel about work in different Term. here is the screenshot of the current visual.

Consider using a ribbon chart.  It provides clues on ranking changes over time.
