Hello, problem still hasn't been solved yet. I created a Power BI dashboard in the older version, and when I try to open it in the new version, I get some error messages (see image). I’d like to remove these errors without breaking or changing my visuals — especially the formulas and measures.
I want to keep my current theme and all its functionalities, but I need to fix the errors because I have an important presentation for management soon.
I discovered that in the Format your visual panel (on the right-hand side), there is an option to set the Style to Default. When I select Default, the error goes away. However, I’d like to understand exactly what happens when I set the Style to Default — does this affect my visual in any way, and if so, how?
What is the visualization type?
When was this report and the report theme json file created?
"Style Presets for visuals" was released in the month of March this year, please checkout the blog
Earlier this option is available for Table and Matrix only as far as I know. This feature allows you to define some custom styles in report theme for each visualization. You can checkout this video to know more about style presets

From the error message you shared, I guess there is some thing wrong in your report theme sepecification. You need to revisit the theme and check if there is any issue. Please note the style that you have set for this visual and check if the definition exists in the report theme.
If you have any questions on the report theme schema you check this repo
