Stacked Bar Chart with Two Measures

I've always wanted to make a chart like this that has two variables with the same legend and axis.

This one is made using two Stacked Bar Chart. The one of the left has the legend and the axis hidden. I don't like how it looks for the alignment of the axis.

Does anyone know where can I find a chart like the one I want?
