Sort stacked column by metric in Tooltip

Hello -    I would like to sort the Job Functions in each column by the metric in the tooltip (Labor Minute) from smallest to largest. In other words, I would like the Job Function with the lowest ...

Use a ribbon chart without the ribbons.

        It looks like you removed GAP MIN from the line y-axis. Is it possible to achieve the same sorting while keeping GAP MIN?
