Slicer not working properly

I have a matrix with some columns that are measures. It turns out that some columns cannot disappear, so I added +0 to the end of the measure or tried when it is blank, putting a -

However, when I try to use the slicer, it doesn't filter the rows, it just resets the column values ​​in the rows, and if I leave it without the +0/- it disappears with the columns. I didn't find a way to make it work.

 

This is without the +0 / "-" 

 

With "-" if value is blank

 

it should only show the ids of the image above, with the columns blank, and not all the ids

    Set "show items with no data"  on the Asset ID rows but not on the month columns.
