Showing Only Total in matrix when nothing selected in the slicers

Hi Community, 

I have been working on a matrix that has sales across monthly data. The months have been pulled to the columns. When the months are selected, the matrix shows sales across the months. When no particular month is selected all the months are displayed in the matrix. 

Is it possible to get only the total in the matrix when no month(or all selected) is selected?

Please, let me know your valuable suggestions.
