Selecting row in my table it release all my filters

Good day my friends, I need your feedback on a specific setback that I am facing with power BI.

I have 2 tables, the first is called "p&l" and the secound one is  called "voyage_expenses" I want to filter base on a hierarchy starting with p&l, voyage_expenses and at the end other calculated values in table voyage_expenses represented in CARDS.

When I selec a value (row) in the table p&l the values in the table "voyage_expenses" changed as well, my problem is that when I select on of the values in the table "voyage_expenses" this release the filters and bring all the data again.

The table Voyage_expenses release all the filters:

As you can see the values in the card are filtered accordingly, however the table release itself and brings all the values.
