Scatter Graph and Day Lag Help !

Hello, 

I am completely new to the forum and to using PowerBI and I am stuck on a project. I am trying to make a scatter graph on Power BI for the efficiency of Payments made after Employee's leave date as well as prior to their joining date. I've made a Leaving Day Lag code and a corresponding Hiring Day Lag however my scatter graphs are either blank or the layout just seems off. My code is at the top of one of the pictures. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)))

Hi, 

Thank you for this guidance, hopefully this upload will work (this is all dummy data so there is nothing sensitive ). I also am attempting to make a line chart of active employees across the company's life time however my measure keeps doubling employee the number.

I cleaned up the source data a bit.  Next step woud be to add a proper calendar table to your data model.
