Hi, I have a Matrix style heatmap where I have 10 categories and 44 total subcategories. My problem is that some of the subcategories have no data and they are not showing up in my heatmap.
I really need them to as that is the point of the heatmap - Showing the items that are blank versus those that have a high number
Looking online the suggested fix of ticking "show items with no data" doesn't solve my issue.
I have added a ranking to all the categories hoping that would help but it hasn't.
Is there something I am missing to make the items show up?
Hi, data is somewhat like this within the matrix.
The underlying data has rows of data that account for the 'count column' and then there is a lookup that provides the category and sub category and Rank to create the matrix view
