Relationship between tables - DateTime from / to

Hello all,

 

I have 2 tables,

Table "A" with Start Date Time, End Date Time and Customer

Table "B" with Date Time and Itemized Invoice

I am looking to report from Table "B" all of the Itemized in between Start and End Date Time selected from Table "A".

    Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to work with. Please show the expected outcome.
