Refress data does not work into Power BI desktop

I have seen a lot of issues here regarding data which are updated into Power Bi desktop and not into Power BI service (published), but I am facing the opposite situation. My Report is updated into Power BI Service and not into desktop (local FIle)

When I force by refresh botton,  the refresh process start  running and finalize without showing any error messagem and the datas were not updated.

I can see some warning triangules  " Loading blocked by failures..."very quickly when the process finished but I can not verify the details because the refresh screen does not stop. I assume that screen's refresh does not stop because there is no error but one the other hand the datas are not updated. Does not make sence to me.

If I refresh the data one by one, all of them updated without eny error!

Thanks for any help.

Hi @INTEP ,
Which data source are your using in your report?
Also, are you sure all datasets are refreshing when you individually refresh them one-by-one? Asking this because "Loading blocked by failures..." occurs when at-least 1 of the datasets errors out.

Also, please check the parameters generated when pulling data into Power BI from you report's Power Query Editor. I had this issue once and checking these parameter files fixed it.
