I'm sure deneb could do what i wanted it to do, but i am lacking the skill to make it work.
I tried for far more many hours thatn i'd liek to admit, and even with AI based help i could not achieve the graphic.

please provide sample data in usable format, and indicate desired result based on that sample data.

I would like each of the points of the radar to be one of the segments.
Id like the colours on the graph to be between the ranges mentioned in Reactive, Emerging, Proactive, and World class.
I'd then like 1% and 2% to be visible as lines over this radar chart, and also 2025 target.
Seperatley, i would like to be able to see all the data (for all the sites) or also be able to filter just one site.
I.e, show me the data for site 1& 2 together, or seperatley
Appreciate your help luts- can I ignore the 2% column?
- which order should the segments be in?
- why is the Total segment included? That could be confusing.

So at some point i would like to add 2%, as this would be the second assessment so i can see how things have matured / progress.
The order of the segments would ideally be in alphabetical clockwise order.
The total segment i agree does not make sense - but i was asked to include it.
The colors in the background are what ive beena sked to replicate (and the bit i really struggle with)
