Q&A showing error when adding prompt

Hi team,

We are currently engaged in visualizing graphs by integrating prompts within the 'Ask a Question' section. However, we have encountered an issue: when multiple prompts are added rapidly to Q&A, we encounter a "See Details" error. Subsequently, upon reattempting the same prompt after some time, Q&A successfully generates the graph.
