Progress Bar in a table

Could anyone tell me how I can achieve this progress bar on a table?

 

say for example, for finance health (1st progress bar column) I have forecast and actuals for each product.

Which visuals should I use to achieve something like this?

You could use the Deneb custom visual or create some SVG measures to use in the matrix visual.
