Hi, i have a license to ArcGIS and used it before, but now the screen and map is just blank, if i add data it does not work.
On Powerbi.com the ArcGIS works fine, but i need the desktop version, has anybody the same problem?
Hi @bilingual - Can you try to reconfigure the arcgis map again. remove ArcGIS visual from the canvas.re-add the ArcGIS visual to the pane back and also In power bi desktop you are connected with the company email id lastly clear the global cache from data load.
Try the above quick checks, and see
