Power KPI matrix losing formatting

Hi, 

I can see that this problem has been addressed also in other threads but they have been quite recently so I will reraise this issue. 

So the problem is that I'm losing the value formattings every time I add or delete a metric. (sometimes the format is also changing without any action to the report) Is there a way to bind the format to a certain metric?

Most of my metrics are %-values but I have also other units such as day or hour. My data is row base.
