Power KPI Matrix Indicator Images missing when published to On premises Report Server
I think I'm seeing a similar error that was reported on:
As you can see in the attached pictures the indicator image will not show up on the server.

Basically the same thing happens to me when I publish a report out. How it looks locallyhow they appear on the server
This issue has been fixed in Power KPI Matrix 2.1.4.0.
If you use Report Server March 2018 please import a new version from App Source and udpate all of report manually.
If you use Report Server October 2017 please wait for a week (it will be deployed to production on 06/19/2018).

What version of Power KPI Matrix do you use? We'd recommed to load the latest version from App Source first and double check this issue.

I was on 2.1.2.0, but i just loaded 2.1.3.0 and the KPI Indicator is still missing.
Also is there a place to check out what was released in this new version?
