Power KPI Matrix 3.1.1 no longer displaying on Report Server

Hi 

I have previously managed to succcesfully use the Power KPI Matrix visual on our Power BI Report Server (And currently have a report on there that's working fine).

I've just tried to to develop a new report with a Power KPI Matrix visual setup exactly the same as before.  It works perfectly with in the Desktop software but when I open the file on the Report Server I get the message "To see this custom visual, add it to this report first: powerKPIMatrixEB2381CC88A8425FBEB1B07FF57784E6"

I'm presuming this is to do with versions of things not being aligned, maybe PowerKPIMatrix has recently been updated and only works with Power BI Service at the moment.  Is there anything I can do to get this working again?
