hi
I mean is not like that, because the number for target is different every month. so I want to display the actual in the form of a bar (column) and the target in the form of a line

With a"Stacked column chart"

Go to the "Analytic Pane" and then you will be able to set a constant line

And get the line you want

here detail picture, line-black is target, bar (column) is actual.

i can create like this but line for target can't long like picture above.

you can use mixed visual stacked bar graph and linechart
