Power BI Report Publishing

Hi,

I have recently published my report in Power BI, So when a Non Power BI User wants to see the published report, it's asking them to log in to Power BI. Is there any way where we can see the published report without logging in.

Hi @Anonymous,

The only option to share content without any form of authentication or Power BI licensing, is the Publish to Web option.

The warning on the linked page is quite explicit but just to confirm, this option is completely visible to anyone on the Internet, so you need to be 100% sure that your data is okay to share in this capacity.

Regards,

Daniel
