Power BI Charticulator Visuals and Retirement.

Hi everybody. Being a Power BI newbie I have just found out Charticulators custom visuals only to find out that it has been retired. I have downloaded Charticulators GitHub mster file, but don't really know how to install it. Can someone help ?

however  I am not sure how I can create a Microsoft AppSource account without having a corporate email that is required.

Any thoughts/solutions on this, will be greatly appreciated.
