Pop-Up to display value additional row Values when clicked on Table Cell Value

We have this RAG indicator which we derived by summation of two columns. We have a requirement of showing those column value in a pop up when hovered or clicked, something similar to below

That's called a tooltip. Add your summarized column as a tooltip to your visual.
