Pm report Table changing size based on updates

Hi - I developed a report for that pulls in an extensive table of project updates. The updates change the sizing of the table and often it is too big for the work area. Is there a way to set auto formatting so that when the report is printing or exported, it automaticaly resizes the table to print on multiple pages. It would save me a good chunk of time to not have to resize and reorganize the table into multiple pages each week.
