Need to create a bullseye chart

Hi All,

I work in a pharma company and we need to create the below-mentioned chart in Power BI. This is to be used as a competitor analysis tool.

Is it possible do it ? Are there any custom visualizations already available for this ?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    A1Dan were you able to create this chart?  do ypu have any idea how to do it if you have figured it out?
