My embeded powerbi visual in Dynamics 365 doesnt let you export data

Hi there,

I have tried many things now, and still cant get the three dots to appear above my table in my powerbi dashboard in Dynamics 365. The setting are correct to allow users to export, the visual headers are not hidden but when i have created a dashboard from a report and then used tiles to publish it to dynamics 365, the options to export no longer appear, it also does not appear in my dashboard. It does however appear in my report. 

Any help would be great.
