Multiple Legend based on zero, one or more values ​​selected in different filter fields

Hello everyone, I'm trying to create a basic functionality of Excel in Power BI without success. I need to have several fields in LEGEND that I can filter or not (no data selected, one data or many data selected and this from different fields) that will create a single legend.
