More than dynamic tooltip :)

Hello Everyone.

What I need is that on column chart visual, when no slicer is filtered, tooltip feature preview playes it's role normaly. But, when certain slicer is filtered (some value is picked in slicer), I want that for the same chart, totaly different tooltip to be shown/presented.
Field parameters is not the solution here, because in the first tooltip window when nothing is selected should be 2 charts and in the second case when some value is picked on certain slicer, should be 3 other charts on tooltip window.
Plese for some solutions, ideas, whatever.
