I am using the Microsoft Gantt 3.0.12.0 visual in my report. Is there any way to "fit to page" or compact the timeline horizontally so that it fits on a single view without having to scroll to the right to see how long a project will last? My users are very particular about this and are refusing to use the report if I cannot get it to fit on a single page.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Gantt (3.x) does not support a true “Fit to Page” or auto-scale timeline option. The time axis width is fixed by the visual and the selected date granularity, so horizontal scrolling is expected behavior.
Not perfect, but increasing report page width (Custom page size) could help.
