Merge 2 rows with similar values

Hello all,

I am fairly new to powerbi and I need some help with my visualization report. This is a snippet of my visualization. I am using a stacked bar chart....I want d2601%cr1 and d2601%cr2 in merged together with different colors. Can anyone guide me as to how I can do that?

    "similar" is not something that DAX can understand. You need to explain the rules of similarity.
