Matrix with a static column and a grouped column

Hi, I am trying to create a matrix where the target  column apears only once as this will be the same for all my future data. Can you help me sort this out? If i move the target from values to rows it will transform the first grouped column and i don't want to add it to that one.

Currently your only option is to disable word wrap for column headers, disable column width auto size, and then to make the extraneous columns very narrow.

Hi, It's not about the word wrapping or sizing the columns but about the Sum of target column which for now appears for each of the months i need to appear only once as static column being a reference for the first grouped column

Ok let me rephrase. What you are trying to do is currently impossible with Power BI.
