Based on your error, this is likely a permissions issue with map visuals. Try these steps:

1. Verify License

• Check you have Power BI Pro (free licenses restrict map features)

2. Admin Settings

• Admin Portal > Tenant settings > Integration settings
• Enable "Use Map and Filled Map visuals"

3. Clear Browser Cache

• Clear cache for app.powerbi.com
• Try incognito mode or different browser

4. Regional Settings

• File > Options > Regional Settings
• Ensure locale matches your location (Brazil South)

5. Firewall Whitelist

• Check with IT that these are allowed:
  • *.analysis.windows.net
  • *.powerbi.com
  • *.mapbox.com

6. Re-add Visual

• Delete map visual > Save > Refresh > Add new map

7. Data Privacy

• File > Options > Data source settings
• Set Privacy Level to "Organizational"
