Map and filled map visuals are disabled

Hi!

my map visuals work fine in Desktop BI. However, they seem to be disabled in my workspace. 

I am using a trial version for the time being. 

when I click on the error details, I get the message below.

I do not know how to contact tenant admin since I am the only user of this trial version.

What should I do?

Please help!
